Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No, you don’t have to provide anything. Our cleaners come fully equipped with all necessary supplies and equipment, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and eco-friendly cleaning products.
If you have a specific product you’d like us to use (for example, a special floor cleaner), feel free to let us know and leave it out – we’re happy to accommodate.
Are your cleaners insured and trustworthy?

Do I need to be at home during the cleaning?

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedules fairly.

Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets?

Can my pets stay home during the cleaning?
Yes! We love pets, and they are welcome to stay during the cleaning.
However, if your pet is nervous around strangers or cleaning equipment (like vacuums), we recommend keeping them in a separate room for their comfort.
